It’s important to us that you’re completely happy with your purchase!
Items that are in resell-able condition can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Please email email@example.com with your order number to initiate a return.
Once your return is processed, please make sure to include the following information with your package:
- Your name, address, email and order number
- Whether you want either a refund or exchange
- If exchange, include new item (exchange only for equal or lesser value)
Your return shipment must always be registered in advance at firstname.lastname@example.org. Without pre-notification to this e-mail address we can unfortunately not handle your return.
The costs for the return shipment are for your own account. We highly recommend getting some sort of tracking on the package. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged en route back to us.
In case you discover that on delivery the product you ordered is damaged, we ask you to report this within 24 hours. Send a mail to email@example.com with a photo of the defective product. We will contact you as soon as possible to solve the problem. After the 24-hour period we can no longer be held responsible for defective products.
